They are the best hands down. I’ve had several HVAC companies out here that couldn’t figure out what the issue was over the course of a couple of years. Jeff/Damon came out on Monday, diaged the problem and had a new circuit board out here two days later under warranty. You just can’t get any better than that in my book!

Charlotte in accounting/finance at A&S is a saintly person. She helped our family in a real pinch. We don’t use credit cards and operate only in cash. Needless to say, we weren’t expecting an a/c fan motor to die – it wasn’t in our budget. She worked with us to get it figured out.

Joseph and Cohen, the HVAC technicians, braved our attic in a 108-year-old house and got the job done. We had guests coming later in the evening and it was 95 degrees plus in August. By the time they arrived the heat started to go down and the rooms were starting to cool. They were amazing! God bless them.

I would give more stars if I could. A&S has helped us out more than once. We highly recommended A&S for a/c repair in Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County!

I called at 8:01 this morning, as my A/C fan was running all night but not cooling. The service was prompt and professional and house is now cooling nicely. Was also impressed with the young service tech being so very polite. So nice to witness these days!

Thank you so much A&S Air for the great service by Les!! Thank you to Charlotte Burns and Donna for your help in getting me on the schedule so fast.

My Air Conditioner motor had gone out and I contacted American Home Shield (home warranty) and they sent out Nexgen who was in my area. The guy came out and he started telling me I needed a new motor at $2800.00 but for that kind of money it would be best to replace the entire unit in the attic at $5800.00. He told me that I had a “m” problem and he cannot say the “m” word. He told me if I didn’t get it fixed and sold my house and someone got sick they could sue me. The “m” word supposedly stood for mold. When I told him I was going to get a 2nd opinion, he really did try to use some scare tactics on me.

When I called Charlotte with A&S Air nearly in tears telling her I needed a 2nd opinion, she immediately got me with Donna to get someone scheduled. Les came out and took a dry paint brush and dusted off the wires and showed me what the guy tried to pull over on me. Their price with labor was $1,491.08. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the honesty, kindness and compassion that was given to me from A&S Air. Great job! Saved me tons of money too.

OMGosh people. I came home to my Furbabies without AC this afternoon. I immediately called this company. Immediate response. Put me on the on call list for tonight. Then service guy-Jackie arrived. He worked his magic and got it up and working. So AWESOME and ahhhhhhmazing this service was. TOTALLY RECOMMEND to ANYONE!!!!

We needed a new unit. Zack came right out to look and went home and sent us a bid the next day. I asked two other companies that never responded. He stayed in touch was was fast to respond. Did the work when he said he would. A warranty issue came up within a week. On a Saturday, a tech came right out and got us going again quickly. This is a 1st class business and they know how to treat customers.
