We needed a new unit. Zack came right out to look and went home and sent us a bid the next day. I asked two other companies that never responded. He stayed in touch was was fast to respond. Did the work when he said he would. A warranty issue came up within a week. On a Saturday, a tech came right out and got us going again quickly. This is a 1st class business and they know how to treat customers.
We have used A&S for many years, they are always quick to come out, speedy diagnosis and usually have the parts necessary to fix the problem. We are super fans of A&S Air Conditioning! A++++
They are the best hands down. I’ve had several HVAC companies out here that couldn’t figure out what the issue was over the course of a couple of years. Jeff/Damon came out on Monday, diaged the problem and had a new circuit board out here two days later under warranty. You just can’t get any better than that in my book!
