I called at 8:01 this morning, as my A/C fan was running all night but not cooling. The service was prompt and professional and house is now cooling nicely. Was also impressed with the young service tech being so very polite. So nice to witness these days!

We needed a new unit. Zack came right out to look and went home and sent us a bid the next day. I asked two other companies that never responded. He stayed in touch was was fast to respond. Did the work when he said he would. A warranty issue came up within a week. On a Saturday, a tech came right out and got us going again quickly. This is a 1st class business and they know how to treat customers.
Thank you for coming out yesterday morning and showing us all about the new a/c unit and reconfiguring the a/c to work properly. My wife was really impressed last night with the difference. Thanks again. 🙂
